FIU Panther TECH Flowchart

1. Evaluate Your Technology Needs

  • Laptop, Desktop, or Tablet (PC or Mac)
  • Use Case: Office work, Research, Labs, Servers, Graphic Designers, etc.
  • Accessories: Printers, Speakers, Monitors, TVs, Cables/Adapters, etc.
  • Software Licenses: Adobe Acrobat DC, Creative Cloud, Dropbox, etc.

2. Email FIU Panther TECH Your Quote Request

3. Receive Your Quote

  • Standard Configurations: 1–3 Business Days (usually next day!)
  • Custom Configurations: Varies on complexity

4. Finalize the Purchase

FIU Panther TECH will email you a quote and collaborate with you on finalizing the purchase.

5. Provide Activity/Project Number

Process payment via Smart Billing.

6. Order Processed & Pickup

  • Once Smart Bill is approved by your department, the order is processed.
  • In-stock items: You’ll receive an email when your item is ready for pickup.
  • Special-order items: Ordered with an ETA based on item availability. Email notification is sent once it arrives.
